Shipping

We ship all orders via United States Postal Service or through FedEx unless you hear from us otherwise. This includes all "Next Day by 3:00" orders. Orders received by 3:00 CST will normally ship out that day. After 3:00 CST, the order will ship the next BUSINESS day. This EXCLUDES weekends! All UPS 3 Day and 2nd Day orders will ship through FedEx only.

Returns/Exchanges

All returns and/or exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt of order. The merchandise must be new (never worn, original packaging... tags on!) If you are sending back for a refund and it is within the 15 days, then as soon as we receive the merchandise back, a credit will be issued to your card. After 15 days, a store credit good for 1 year will be issued. The only exception to this is from Thanksgiving through Christmas. All Christmas purchases must be returned or exchanged by January 15.
